  I have to wait 15 to thirty minutes every time I come here. The always bring me coupons for free food but still can't get it right when they trying to make it right. My food is never hot. I would boycott but it is the only place really out here. They really need help

  Ok, i work there and I'd like to address some of the comments I see below. The labor percentage has to stay below 20% every day at all times. In order to do that we usually can't have any more than 4 people working. Because we're understaffed constantly, the kitchen gets behind, the car hops get behind, orders start getting made wrong, and things end up not being right with an order. The drink was left out, missing some sauce, what ever ur may be. But I will say, we work our tails off! We do the absolute best we can with what we have. And we always try to make right any mistakes made by our staff. Our managers work from open to close most of the time to try and make sure service goes smoothly. Please have a little patience and understanding. We're doing our best while trying to stay within our limits. If your order is wrong, say something! It'll get fixed or made again. Missing something? Let a carhop know. We'll go get it right away. People make mistakes. Have a little human compassion.

  Glad to see the change of management in Fairview Sonic. It since has been very positive,not only for customers, employees also. Food now is served fresh and hot. If at anytime I've ever had an issue, discussion is direct and solved. Way to go.
